Looked in Angus & Robertson both on Eliz/Bourke and Collins/Queen, both specialise in computer books nothing... not even McGills had it.
Checked amazon, only second hand (they don't sell it).

Walk into Borders today, type in the book they have it in store...takes for ever to find (Borders is hopeless with their filing)...$129...buy it. Walk past Technical Books on the way back to work...break the cardinal rule of checking after buying something. They have it, straight on the shelf, didn't have to look....for $120... oh the irony...
Let's hope it was worth it, will report back.
